Hello again,

WELCOME TO THE REHEARSAL STUDIO
I had an acting teacher in grad school who would always remind us,
"it's just a rehearsal"
This was meant to get us out of our heads about having to "do" a performance. Rehearsal is where you practice, learn, take chances, fail, try again, take a bigger risk, repeat, and grow. We grow from experience. There is no final performance of our lives. Everyday is another rehearsal to learn from our mistakes, do the things that scare us, change the stuff we can change.
For a while now I've been wanting to build this section of the website, of the supplemental material to compliment the podcast stories (notice how I didn't say content, haha, anyway). In this area I'll be keeping all the How to Parent Like an Actor videos, reels I've posted to Instagram, and stories either from the podcast or from my day dealing with my daughter, Angelica. It's like the blog, vlog edition to this podcast along with other random bits of funny's about the performing arts and parenting.
If you have funny stories you'd like to share about the arts, parenting, and/or where they intersect, email me and I'll share them here. Maybe we can even do bonus episodes with your stories. Oooooooh I like that. Let me know what you think.
