what i'm up to...

Season 2 of Hydro Heroes Unite is in pre-production with a June 2026 launch! We're returning this season with an exploration into the adolescent stage of hydrocephalus. We get a chance to speak with not just medical professionals and experts but some teenagers who were willing to share their experience living with hydrocephalus. Stay tuned for more details. Go to Hydro Heroes Unite to listen to the first season the pediatric stage of hydrocephalus. 
The St. Jude's Zumbathon was a success. So thankful to be a part of it as an instructor this year. We even got the kids up to dance a Kids Zumba song and of course they did amazing!

I had the wonderful opportunity to work on the audiobook for the lovely children's book Mungo On His Own by author Matthew Burgess, beautifully illustrated by Julie Benbassat. Huge thanks to Kamala Garrett at HarperCollins and the John Marshall Media team. ​

Second, I am writing a children's book! I've been working on it for a while and it is finally starting to sound like...well, a book! I'm very excited and look forward to sharing more along the way.
